Faq's

What happens if I get a ticket or tolls?

Guests are responsible for all expenses they incur in the rental car. This includes tolls, tickets, and towing. After your trip, we will charge your credit card on file for any expenses.
Can I leave ILLINOIS?

You may leave Illinois to other states, but you may not leave the United States. The car will be disabled if you cross the border, and you will be responsible for any expenses incurred for retrieving the car.
Do you offer refunds?

Cancellations less than seven days from the rental date will be penalized with a fee of 50 percent of the rental value. No-shows will be charged for the entire trip price.
What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal, business, or cashier's checks.
When can I pick up/return my rental?

We can accomodate any pick up and return time.
How do I get the car from you?

You can either pick up the car from our office at 202 West Hill St, or you have the option of delivery to anywhere in Chicago.
How does delivery/return work?

Delivery anywhere within the Chicago area is available for $150. For delivery locations outside of Chicago please contact us for a custom quote.
Am I the only one who can drive the car?

Two drivers can be added to the rental agreement. Both drivers must have valid driver's licenses. If either driver is under the age of 25, the underage fee will apply.
Do I get a discount when I rent for a week or a month?

If you rent the car for a minimum of 7 days, we will provide a 15 percent discount. For cars 28 or more consecutive days, the discount will be 30 percent.
Do you take a security deposit?
+

Yes. Security deposits range from $500 to $4,000 and will be required at the time of booking. If there is no damage or other expenses incurred during your rental, you will be refunded 5 business days after the end of the rental period.
Can I rent one of your cars if I am younger than 25 years old?

If your insurance is in good standing, we will allow clients under the age of 25 to rent a car as long as they are 21 years of age or older. However, an underage fee of 20% of the rental value will be applied to the overall rental cost.
Will I get the exact car that I reserved?

Yes. We guarantee that the car that you selected during the reservation process will be the exact car that you receive on the day your rental begins.
